Return Process

  Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the return reason.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific shipping address for our temperature-controlled facility.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened, original items in their initial packaging with protective padding to prevent breakage of glass bottles or jars during transit.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
